Project Details

Description

As the CMAR, MGC delivered a 2.5 MG post tension concrete reservoir fully buried beneath a new parking lot.  The project included an indoor booster pump station housing (3) 75 HP vertical turbine pumps, (3) 200 HP vertical turbine pumps, and a hydro-pneumatic tank system all on top of 30 feet deep wet well.  Two remote production wells were drilled and equipped.

A 4,500 GPM coagulation/filtration arsenic removal system required multiple complex chemical feed systems.  Over 6 miles of offsite pipeline was also installed in the existing right-of-way along with many road improvements.  The design phase of this project consisted of the following.  Cost estimating, planning and scheduling, MOPO development, constructability reviews, subcontractor selection and long lead equipment purchasing.
