Project Details
Description
This Water Treatment plant fed from the natural spring water at the C.C. Cragin Reservoir has a hydroelectric generator providing electricity for plant use. The project included a post tension concrete water reservoir, flocculation tank, microfiltration, backwash system, distribution pumps, chlorine generation, CO2 lime injection, process air, and a fully automated PLC/MCC line up. Proximity to the Tonto National Forest required special action measures to ensure environmental concerns were controlled.
