As MGC continues to grow, our focus on training and enhancing technical skills, is growing as well. As of summer 2022, our new Training Coordinator, David Lehman, has be leading the MGC Academy Program. In this role David will be responsible for the overall facilitation and administration of training courses and programs throughout our company. The goal is to shine a light on the knowledge that various subject matter experts, both internally and externally, have to share with the organization.

MGC has launched a new Training program call MGC ACADEMY. This will be lead by David Lehman and will put an emphasis on technical training for all employees to ensure MGC has the most knowledge and technologically advanced staff in the industry!
