Fred Hervey WRP, Primary & Pact Clarifiers, Denitrification and In-outlet Vaults Improvements Project - Procurement Package 3

Summary of Work for Procurement Package 3:

Work to be completed under this contract will include all equipment, labor, and materials to rehabilitate the following areas; Primary and PACT Clarifiers, Denitrification basins, In-Outlet vaults and structural/electrical improvements throughout the entire plant. The existing primary and PACT clarifiers will be removed and replaced with all appurtenances, including progressive cavity sludge pumps and magmeters, concrete coatings/repairs should be included as per section 09 96 01. Denitrification area consists of demolishing and replacing existing aeration system, concrete structures, mixers and blowers. In-Outlet vaults existing concrete roofs, handrail and appurtenances need to be removed and replaced with new concrete roofs with steel covers. Handrails repair and replacement throughout the entire plant as well as new receptacles installation. Electrical work necessary to make a functional electrical & control systems (including a new electrical building). Startup will be coordinated with electrical contractor, owner, engineer, and CMAR. Bypass pumping as necessary to complete the scope of work above.
