Fred Hervey WRP Headworks, Filters, Odor Control, Clarifiers, and Ozone Improvements Project Procurement Package 2 – Ozone, GAC and Media Basin Filter Improvements

Work to be completed under this contract will include all items required by the 100% contract documents provided herein, including General Conditions, Bond, Insurance, Site Supervision, Safety Measures, Site Preparation, etc. as well as, all equipment, labor, and materials to complete the following scopes of work:

Work to be completed under this contract will include all equipment, labor, and materials to rehabilitate the following areas; ozone, GAC and media basin filter. Ozone facility demolition, installation of new stainless steel access hatches, submersible pump, davit crane and all associated appurtenances. GAC facility equipment demolition, installation of new GAC filter cells system and all associated appurtenances, including HVAC and lighting improvements to the building. Media filter basin equipment demolition, new metal canopy, handrails, cloth media diamond filtration system and all associated appurtenances. Concrete coatings/repairs should be included as per section 09 96 01; successful contractor will be responsible for start-up of all equipment. Startup will be coordinated with electrical contractor, owner, engineer, and CMAR. Bypass pumping as necessary to complete the scope of work above.
